10Bis.co.il is the leading online ordering solution for the Israeli restaurant industry. In addition, 10Bis' technology and service provides dining management and financing solutions for corporations and small businesses. In 2010, the company decided to redesign its website and update its brand identity to reflect its shifts in business strategy. In addition, 10Bis wanted to develop its non-corporate market further and address the consumer market.

SOLUTION

The strategic effort included the logo change from “10Bis.co.il,” to the Hebrew language translation ("Ten Bis," meaning, "Take a bite") in order to amplify the emotional message towards private consumers. In addition the website and user interface were completely redesigned to improve the accessibility and friendliness of the user experience.
